All footballs must be sent in by you.
Once your order’s locked in, you’ll get shipping instructions. From there, it’s your responsibility to get the ball to us safely.
Use a tracked service.
USPS. UPS. FedEx. Doesn’t matter, just make sure it has tracking. That ball’s got value, and we want it to arrive safely so we can get to work.
We do not control what happens in transit, so if your ball goes missing or gets damaged on the way in, That Will Spin is not liable for those shipping issues.
Once it’s in our hands? We will treat it like it’s headed to the Super Bowl.
B-Tier balls get cleaned, brushed, conditioned, and grip-treated using a simplified, no-nonsense process.
